We at Movehappy are based on the Costa Blanca and find that the show is a common topic of conversation with our clients. The show has enabled them to see just how much they can get for their money here as well as showing the local area and how beautiful it really is.
At Movehappy we offer a similar service to the agents seen in Sun, Sea and Selling Houses. We even appeared in the hit show, A Place in the Sun Series 6: Summer Sun in 2012. After discussing our clients requirements at length we take them to view the selected properties as well as the local area and anything else they may find useful or of interest. We list new build properties in all of the popular areas seen in Sun, Sea and Selling Houses such as Torrevieja, Villamartin, Los Alcazares, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and many many more.
The first company in Sun, Sea and Selling Houses is Spanish Property Choice. The company is run by the Garner family and is based on the Costa Almeria in the coastal resort of Mojacar. Spanish Property Choice was established in 2007. 14 years later, they now have over 1000 properties on offer.
The second company followed by Sun, Sea and Selling Houses is Casas Manuel. Established in 2005, Casas Manuel is run by the Rodriguez family on the Costa Blanca, just a few minutes from Movehappy. They now have three offices including a dedicated aftersales team.
